POWERLINK represents our range of switchgear and control gear assemblies, while POWERDRAW is our specialized draw-out assembly solution developed for applications requiring higher flexibility, maintainability, and operational safety.
From its humble beginnings in 1991, the company has steadily expanded its manufacturing capability, workforce, and engineering expertise. This growth has been guided by the leadership of our Founder, Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. T. A. S. Pubudu Engineering operates from a fully integrated facility with three dedicated factory buildings for fabrication, powder coating, and wiring and assembly, all located within the same premises. This integrated setup supports quality control, production efficiency, and smooth coordination across all stages of manufacturing.
Our fabrication unit is equipped with advanced CNC technology and high-tech machinery, including punching, bending, laser cutting, powder coating, and automatic gasket foaming equipment. These capabilities allow us to manufacture precision-built assemblies and metal enclosures that meet demanding performance, durability, and finish requirements.
Pubudu Engineering offers design-verified type-tested assemblies from 250A to 6000A in accordance with IEC 61439-1/2, reflecting our strong commitment to internationally accepted manufacturing and testing practices. Our solutions are designed to provide customized indoor and outdoor applications, with configurations from Form 1 to Form 4B and ingress protection ratings from IP43 to IP56 to match customer and site requirements.
Our engineering team can design power and switchgear assemblies to suit specific project needs across a broad range of applications. These include SCADA panels, synchronizing panels, PLC panels, VFD panels, motor control panels, power factor correction panels, low harmonic filter panels, power distribution boards, main switchboards, and pump control panels.
Each assembly is subjected to a strict internal quality control process before dispatch. Every panel is inspected, tested, and quality-assured by our Quality Control Department, and where required, the final verification is witnessed by client representatives and/or nominated certification or inspection agencies prior to dispatch, ensuring confidence in compliance, performance, and workmanship.
Our POWERLINK panels have undergone rigorous testing to confirm performance under demanding operating conditions. Pubudu Engineering highlights testing and certification aligned with IEC 61439, while also noting internal arc fault performance in line with IEC 61641 and seismic performance validation for selected assemblies.
These tests support our commitment to safety, quality, and reliability by verifying the strength, durability, and protective performance of our assemblies under fault and environmental stress conditions.
